Before going waterskiing, you first have to jump into a freezing cold lake. It’s uncomfortable and annoying – but you must get in the water before any of the fun begins.
At the end of the day, it’s always worth it. Trading that 30 seconds of discomfort (that you’ll forget about) for the hours of fun (that you’ll remember forever).
I think of this when I need to do something I don’t want to do. Like hearing my alarm this morning. I didn’t want to get up at all.
But the fun truly begins when you get up. It’s only cold and uncomfortable for a few minutes. Then your mind and body warm to the day and you can start having fun.
It’s time to get up and get going! Happy Monday!
This is my Uncle Randy waterskiing in Montana. He absolutely rips on a single ski!
