People have a better chance of reaching their goals if they commit to them publicly.
That way, others can hold them accountable.
So… I want to share one of my new personal goals with you in hopes that you hold me accountable and keep me on track.
My Goal: To get a California Real Estate license.
It’s about 150 hours of study, a crap ton of reading, gotta pass ~50 x chapter quizzes, 3 certificate exams and then a long CA State exam. I’m estimating 4-5 months to get it all done.
So there you have it. Feel free to ask for my progress anytime and shame me if I fall behind.
