Less “think” and more “do”

“What if you spend much of your time thinking about a lot of issues that concern you? You will spend less time taking action to solve these problems.”

This is a snip from a book I’m reading. Surprise, surprise, it’s a self-help book that analyzes successful people and breaks down their basic habits and stuff.

Anyway, when I read this section yesterday it made me think:

a) For each hour that I spend worrying, I’m robbing myself of that hour doing something about it. I spend too much time worrying.

b) “Worrying” and “thinking about” are almost the same thing. I can spend days “thinking about” issues without any true worry, but it doesn’t put me any closer to solving whatever is going on. I “think about” things way too much.

Just thought I’d share incase you’re in the same boat as me. Have a great Monday kicking ass at whatever you do!

Thinking too much

Believe it or not, this is actually ME. Back when I was doing some modeling in Hawaii 🙂
