Sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated with all the crap that’s going on in the world. It seems every day there’s something new to be sad about. 🙁
BUT, on the flip side… If you pay attention, there’s also something new every day to be happy about!!
Small stuff like the delicious coffee in your hand, the smile your kid makes when they’re having fun, the pair of parrots 🦜 you see sitting on the power line as you walk by, random love notes drawn into cement from years ago, etc.
Small good things are everywhere. You just have to look for them.
