Right now my mind is suggesting that I feel tired. It’s suggesting that I’m up too early. It’s suggesting that I should go back to bed and maybe this 5am thing isn’t fun anymore. Maybe I should give up…
But when I think a little longer, my brain comes up with new suggestions…
My mind also suggests that I will feel happy once I send this email. It’s suggesting that consistency is my advantage, and I thrive when I get up early and follow a routine. It’s suggesting that I’m smart enough to get all my work done early today so I can play and do fun hobbies.
None of these suggestions are orders. They are simply options. It’s up to me to choose which ones I follow.
