Even Steven – Approach life with good intentions

A few weeks ago I bought something from Best Buy with the sole purpose of using it once, then returning it. I feel horrible about abusing their return policy, (it’s stealing!) but I couldn’t bring myself to spend $53 on something I only needed for a 1 hour project. I’m usually not a butt-hole, however this was a butt-hole thing to do!

Well, yesterday, I got a parking fine that was exactly $53.

Although these 2 events have nothing to do with each other, I feel there’s a lesson connected.

Selfish acts usually have a way of evening out, one way or another. I should approach all things in life, big or small, with good intentions.

Have a good day, everyone. I’m off to pay my fine!
