“I was recently reading this article about how during Covid people have been going ape-shit at front-line workers.
Long story short, people are insanely rude in public these days. Sad.
But the silver lining is, now it’s even easier to totally make someone’s day. Customer service workers report that they are thrilled when someone is just civil and thankful.
So today’s challenge: be extra courteous to every customer service person you speak with today. It’s like your efforts are doubled for nothing and you’re more likely to make someone’s day!”
