I used to find it hard to relax. I thought taking time off was wasting time I would never get back, and I felt guilty for not making use of every spare second.

Then things changed. I slowed down, started smelling roses and enjoying downtime.

And you know what? Turns out rest, recovery and reflection actually make you more productive/efficient/centered/wise. Downtime helps your uptime.
