Sorry. After age 18, your body stops growing and starts a slow decline.
BUT, here is the good news!…
You can delay your growing oldness and out of shapeness by exercising regularly. Just 20 mins per day is enough.
People who exercise:
- have more confidence
- are happier
- are more social
- can relax better
- have less stress
- don’t get sick
- have a better sex life! (probably)
Soooo… what are you going to do for 20 mins this morning?
